it’s become something of a tradition to share a quick post after marathon weekend each year, and this year i want to do it while it’s still fresh on my mind.
last weekend was my 9th year participating as a st jude hero and the second year my mother joined to walk the 5k with chrystal and me. it continues to be my favorite weekend in memphis, chock full of heartwarming stories, friend reunions, great food, and so much more. i love how the city comes together for this event, and it never fails to fill my cup.
