lauren and sam are moving to boston at the end of this week, so lauren and i had ourselves a final date night over the weekend.

historically whenever lauren and i go out unsupervised it turns into one hilarious adventure after another, and this was no exception.

we began at the grey canary with drinks and food at the bar. we saw hamilton [yes, again; there can never be enough times] at the orpheum. we had nightcaps at catherine & mary’s. we made a new friend. we played pool at the p&h. we went home at 2.30.

it was the perfect final night on the town for the two of us. i am going to miss both lauren and sam like crazy, but this is going to be a fabulous, exciting move for them. already planning my 2020 visit to boston.

other highlights included: dinner and puzzle night at chris and jessi’s / summer conferences are over / summer member lunch / pool day / porch drinks / general laziness because i’m now on vacation
