over the holiday break some of my new memphis fellows cohort got together to check out memphis escape rooms’ downtown grizzlies room.

escape rooms have gained immense popularity in recent years, and we have a few different locations to choose from in memphis. the downtown space has multiple rooms, and i have been wanting to try the grizzlies room for some time, so the timing worked out well for me. we had a few classmates with good news to celebrate, and someone suggested this as a fun way to spend some time together over the break.

i am happy to say that we escaped the room with four-and-a-half minutes to spare! we had fun solving the puzzles and cracking the codes [with a few hints, of course], and it was interesting to see which puzzles each of us had a knack for. i would definitely go back and try one of the other rooms.
