a few weeks ago i needed to get out of town, and as luck would have it maggie mentioned she would be in little rock over the weekend i was looking at. sensing a carroll family reunion was just what i needed, i hit the road on friday afternoon and trudged my way across i-40 to the small pebble.

some sister time with maggie and maddy, a lot of netflix, a chance to catch up with will and company, an o’irish family visit to the big orange, and a lot of snuggles with gina-dog were exactly what i was looking for, and i came back to memphis in a much better frame of mind than i had left it.
