december was quite a month! we started it with st. jude marathon weekend and my final few days in memphis. i got back to new york, had two super busy weeks catching up on everything, and then of course came down with the flu a week before christmas. it was luckily a very mild strain, but it meant i spent the better part of the last two weeks of the month laying low and conserving my energy. i’m feeling a lot better and am excited to close out this year and see what 2024 has in store for us all.
